Today is World AIDS Day, a day to remember millions of people we've lost to AIDS and renew our commitment to end the epidemic.
UNAIDS has launched a campaign, "Close the Gap," to raise awareness of 12 populations that are most vulnerable to AIDS. The campaign includes a series of infographics and fact sheets.
In Iran, access to information about HIV and AIDS is hard to come by. To help close this information gap, IGLHRC's Iran program has translated the UNAIDS materials into Persian, including a fact sheet on HIV and information about vulnerable populations. We are working with our partners to disseminate them widely to Iranian LGBT communities.
